Detroit Style Pizza (Squares)

Our bread and butter at the moment. This is our take on traditional Detroit style square pizza. Expect the crispy frico crust on the outer part of the pizza, a thick yet airy crust that doesn’t sit heavy in your belly. Gooey blend of 4 cheeses including Brick, Mozzarella and Provolone.

Our take on traditional thin crust New York style round pizza. Thin, crispy and cooked well in our 575 degree oven. Might get some charring, which only add to the flavor. The closest you will get to anything from out East.

Light in color and malt character, with a slightly dry, crisp finish.

40 oz to Freedom - 7%

In honor of our nation's 250th birthday i decided to make an old school malt liquor with Red, White and Blue corn.

Coming in at a healthy 7% ABV, 40oz to Freedom is robust and unabashedly American.

Big thanks to Willie Hughes at W.Hughes Farm for growing and malting the blue corn. He also sourced the Red and White corn for us as well.

Sunrise on the Rock Saison - 6.1%

Belgian Saison brewed with ginger, coriander, orange peel and grains of paradise. Citrus forward with just a bit of those spicy Belgian

Tower 81 Irish Red - 5.8%

Named after the ladder truck in service with the Janesville Fire Department. This Irish Red is easy drinking with a slightly sweet, malty finish that goes great with cool fall nights.

English Dark & Mild - 3.9%

Light with a roasted nutty and caramel flavor. Smooth drinkin!

Maibock - 7.8%

German pilsner & Vienna malts.

Maple Elevation - 18%
